The property needs major updates, the pool was dirty and lining looks old and falling apart. Part of the hotel is torn down and closed off. The electricity went out 5 or 6 times and it took a minute for the generators to kick in. Nothing to do but karaoke Fridays and Saturday and no beach near by. The river looks nice but it had rained and it was dirty throughout our stay. Will never go back there
The staff is very friendly and courteous

We stayed for 4 nights, we loved it. The place is amazing, the sound of the river at night is the perfect sounds to sleep in peace. Food was good. Many dinning options within minutes drive. I will definitely stay again.

It was great overall, the only problem was that I found a roach in the bathroom right after the lady cleaned the room , meaning she didn’t clean it properly.

The fact that its on a river made the atay great and very soothing the sound of the river. Good place to relax

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The view of the river while getting our massage was perfect. Staff was friendly and professional did I mention the food service there was nothing that wouldn’t recommend on the menu.
The only thing I would complain about was the fact that in the recreational area a lot of the items for entertainment where in disarray and not functioning but we definitely enjoy the pool table.

The Jimenoa River runs through the resort and is beautiful. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed ourselves. It’s a wonderful place with natural surroundings that create a sense of relaxation. We had some very nice breakfasts and dinners during our stay. Also, the drinks from the bar were great!

It is a very rustic hotel, and a very quiet one. a little hidden from the town. The river goes right through the back, and if you aget a room with a balcony to it, it is very soothing. The food at the restaurant is extremely good, everything we ordered was delicious.
